There’s certainly no shortage of health and wellness information floating around on the internet, but one thing is for sure — it’s not all created equal! While some of it is written and curated by experts in their field (yeah!), some of it is just not worth it’s weight in overpriced protein powder. Every now and then, I’ll be sharing the articles, videos and recipes I’m loving in the health and wellness world.
